Every effort has been made to ensure the home environment mirrors that of a loving family home, with carefully designed spaces that prioritise safety and comfort. Highly trained staff team helps children and young people feel safe, secure and able to express themselves, whilst working towards independent adult living.
We adopt the PACE approach to guide out interactions with children and young people in our care. This approach supports the development of safe, trusting relationships by encouraging staff to remain open, non-judgmental, and emotionally attuned.
Through PACE the team seeks to understand the child’s experiences and feelings, rather than simply responding to behaviours, helping children feel secure, valued, and able to regulate their emotions over time.
